Enabler – Remember, you’re not here to block the software delivery process. As a QA, your job is to help the team deliver high-quality software as efficiently as possible.

Creative – QAs bring a creative mindset to their work, spotting problems that others might miss.

Vision – You look beyond your module or team’s scope; you think about the entire system.

Automation – Automation is to support your testing efforts, not to replace you.

Gatekeeper – Defects are slippery in nature and can easily make a place in the application. You are in the team to play the role of Gatekeeper, you prevent defects to slip into the code.

Voice of the End-User – You represent the end-user, talking on their behalf. You understand their pain, and ensuring they get the best experience while using your software.

And Remember, You care not only about the product’s quality but also about the processes that create a quality product.
